Daniels UB posture workout 💪

Hey all!

Today wasnt really supposed to be a workout day, BUT I felt quite alive even after I came home after 6 PM and after a train ride, so I thoughts Id give my body just something to do and not sit around as all day.

I renewed my FB plus membership and now Im trying to focus on plus workouts so that I utilise my account properly. 😁 Im incredibly sore from yesterdays LB workout, so I treated my UB and core with some activity as well. I was tempted to just pick up my power blocks and go destroy my UB with the hype. Fortunately my reasonable side prevailed and I did a "light" (level 3) posture improving workout and without weights. I was mindful about every single motion and I even expect some degree of soreness tomorrow. Gotta keep it light for a few weeks, nobody can undo months of inactivity by a few intense workouts.

Have you done this workout yet? Its one of the newer ones, Im curious about your thoughts! 🤔
