Question for the ladies

Okay, question for my ladies out there.

Any brilliant suggestions on how to regulate PMS hunger/food cravings?

I’ve been doing so much better during the other 2/3s of the month. But those weeks before and during my period I feel like I’m eating everything!! (I’m not, but it sure feels that way sometimes) And especially craving sweets.

So. Any recommendations on how to reduce this? Any tips or tricks that have worked for you? I’m all ears😇😋
