favourite Kelli's quotes? :)

Hi everyone!

I havent been exactly active for some time due to work and personal struggles, and even now I had to kick myself to do a workout. Which I havent been able to get in for a long time. Anyways, as I am trying to get back to my active self care via workouts, I picked one of my favourites feel good workouts and it was a walking workout with Kelly, lvl 3 (the other one lvl 2 I have planned for some upcoming weekday).

A quote from this workout by Kelli that struck me really hard was "Every workout counts." As someone who has been greatly into HIIT and strength and now has to take things slow, it ensured me that I am doing good by my own body and mind. So thank you Kelly, for the encouragement and kind words. We all are lucky to have FB in our lives!
