Underrated workouts?

I'm working through the 8-week XT/Maintenance program and came across this goodie:

I've gotten relatively more fit in the last year but it was still a challenge and got stuff burning in a way I haven't felt in a while. Also, I think my fave FB trainer is Daniel?? (they're all awesome ofc) He has a calming and straightforward demeanour I find motivating somehow.

Which "less popular" workouts do you think deserve a highlight?
