Getting back

Stress and work commitments has really dominated for me this month. I feel like everyone constantly is trying to pull me away from my selfcare, but I am sure it is also my own doing. I have not eaten well either, drinking coffee and sugar to try to get through all the horrible time commitments/stress of the semester. I feel awful.

I have to change it around. So I am starting over and planned my next week with workouts each day. I will try to post daily here to keep my self accountable. This is my third attempt at trying to getting into the routine I started this summer, which has done wonders for my health and wellbeing. Why is it so hard to start over?? OK, hoping everyone is having a great day.
