Goals and Accomplishments

No matter what your superficial goals may be, make health your number one priority.

When it comes to fitness, having goals (of all kinds) is great! If we focus on health as our number one priority for working out and eating well, however, we will be thankful in the future, not just now.

This is similar to our Giveaway question this week, but what motivates you to work out? Do you have a particular accomplishment you’ve made that you’re particularly proud of and would like to share?
