FB Workouts

For those that have successfully grown their glutes with FB workouts, what are your favourite programs that you felt helped you get there? Or if you don't follow a program at all, what does your weekly schedule look like?

Also, when it comes to sets and reps in a workout, do you follow through exactly, or do you change to fit your goal?

For example, a lot of FB workouts only have 2 sets of strength. Do you up that to 3 sets depending on how many exercises there are?

I've also seen that when 10 reps is stated, and lets say lunges are being performed, sometimes they'll only do 5 reps per leg (10 reps total). Do you make up for it and do 5 more on each leg?
