Getting cold here. Low is close to freezing. Yesterday "In the Kitchen" I was supposed to make dinner but didn't feel like it. So Storm came up with this brilliant dish that was sooo yummy I wanted to eat another plate.
Oven roasted chicken and carrots with a honey dijon sauce. The last ten minutes or so she threw on some sweet and spicy bbq sauce. We served it over seasoned basmati rice. We were good and saved some for leftover lunch today. I am very happy we did.
