Finally back!

Finally back after taking a few months off to backpack and hike this summer and Fall! My body stayed active even while taking a break but it sure does feel good to be back working out at home! Had a huge burst of energy today so I did a lower body strength and upper body/ kickboxing. It was a great way to get back into the groove. I’m going to try hiking in the snow this year but I love the option of still staying active while working out inside. How do you stay active and motivated in the colder months?❄️
