Differences of training styles of Kelly/Daniel and Tasha

since FB started to work with new trainers I realized different training styles and I cannot quite get the grip on the nature of the differences anf which goal they serve. How would you characterise Tasha's style and for which goal do you use them (in contrast to other workouts)?

I tend to think that Tasha's workouts are more endurance and functionality focused. In most videos all body parts are somehow regarded and I cannot use really heavy weights with those long intervals, balance- and combomoves.

I also realised that the calories I burn are more on the lower end of the stated range. With D&K's workouts I am mostly on the middle range.

That results in me feeling like I cannot make much progress strength- and weightwise. So your view on that topic would be of interest! :-)
