I haven't posted in quite some time, although I read everyone's posts every day.
I injured my right shoulder ligament several weeks ago so am not lifting weights right now.
Yoga has been a wonderful way for me to keep working out in the meantime.
I want to supplement this with Pilates.
I've tried a few Pilates with Nicole videos which are great, but they're somewhat too difficult for me at this stage.
So I'm looking for a good beginner friendly Pilates instructor on YouTube.
And yes, I'm REALLY looking forward to lifting weights with Kelli and Daniel soon!!! I just could never do without Fitness Blender...💖
