Busy/long day today so I will get right to it. Storm cooked last night and we had Lasagna pin wheels with shrimp marinara. It was very tasty and there is plenty leftover for lunch today (awesome).
With a little Asiago and Parmesan cheese (very little), this dish was hearty and very delish.
