My question today is about iron supplements. The last full blood workup I had suggested a lack of iron in my blood. I have been doubling up on the dark leafy greens to compensate for some time now, however, I still feel a lack of energy most of the day. I do work a strenuous job that keeps me physically working most of the day.
So, what say you fine FB family nutritionist? Want to stay away from ferrous iron supplements (from what I have read about them). School me ladies.
P.S. Anyone with information feel free to reply. Personal experience would be fantastic.
