Happy Sunday Ppals!

I am relaxing with a nice cuppa tea before I start my day.

I am grateful that my virtual yoga class started again and it is sill offered at the same time. It makes for a nice break in the middle of the work day. The class is challenging but when I am done I feel all nice and stretched out. It complements my Fitness Blender workouts nicely and FB strength training gets me ready for yoga. Yoga gets me ready for the down dog stretches that Kelli likes so much! And FB also helps me with the squats and warrior with arm circles that the yoga instructor adds to her class some weeks.

Now back to today. For breakfast I am planning on oatmeal with blueberries. Later on I will go for a walk and do an upper body workout with Kelli in her super women tank!
