Perspiration Pals - 10/8/21 🍑🔥🍎🍕

Good morning/afternoon/evening all (or middle of the night if you're on Lynna time 🌚) and welcome to the Friday edition of PPals.

Today I have day 4 of Complete. I haven't yet decided which workout I will do, but I definitely enjoy having a choice every day. Yesterday was Pilates and my glutes were really feeling the rear leg lifts - yowch! But today is upper body and hopefully all residual soreness will be gone in time for my lower body workout tomorrow. I know a couple of you are doing programs and quite a few are freestyling it. Let us know if you're looking forward to a rest day or workout for your Friday.

And let's not forget to talk about food to fuel our workouts or rest. Are you experimenting with new flavors today or enjoying something tried and true? I'm going with the latter and having pizza tonight. I'm also going to make some applesauce today since we still have a bunch of apples left from last weekend.
