Hello there, Pals! How are you today? I feel a really strong urge to say *insert small talk here* because I’m terrible at it so why not start ‘in medias res’ (a bit of Latin lesson) without any introduction at all. Last time I asked you about hand-eye coordination and pain and since I’m doing Mass (in nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti) which is basically wall-to-wall strength training, I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to ask you questions about good old strength training (disregarding the fact that you know quite a lot about it already)

Strength training reduces the risk of injuries. Why? Bonus question: Stress limits the results of weight lifting, including muscle gains. But why? If you know the answer, stop stressing at once. What’s scheduled for today? Strength training? Crazy HIIT? Rest?

My mini lifebook says it’s Mad Hatter Day. The Mad Hatter is a fictional character from…… (just a literary bonus question)
