Hi everyone. I was going to do this workout today but I had a question. I know I shouldn't care so much about calories burned but the workout I was planning on doing (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/weighted-lower-body-strength-circuits-with-bodyweight-intermissions) doesn't seem to burn a lot and that doesn't seem accurate based on the notes for the workout for minimal calories burned. Has anyone done this workout and could let me know about it?
I know, I know, but on lower body days I really like to sweat and huff and puff and burn a lot of calories. 135 just doesn't seem accurate for this workout.
I'm sure you guys will say not to worry about it but I'm just curious. Thanks!
