Yesterday "In the Kitchen" - Tuesday 10/5/21

Good day everyone.

Monday was a busy day for both of us at work. So it was leftovers for us. Still working on the steak from Sunday. I made sandwiches last night. Thinly sliced rib eye (only about 3 oz) slightly warmed with Havarti cheese (minimal), red onion, avocado, mixed greens, and tomato on multigrain bread. Mine had horseradish and black olive as well.

No idea what you are doing. Post up and lets see your fabulous creations. They don't have to be fancy or pretty, Just good food and and cooking "In the Kitchen" is the important thing. Having family over or just the two or more of you. Its all good.
