Good Tuesday morning Blendfriends!

How are you today? What are your plans to enjoy a positive day? I always enjoy reading about what everyone accomplishes, whether it be a workout, a walk on the beach, trying a new recipe, house cleaning, gardening, going to work, etc. Everyone is welcome to join in and share about their day 🙂

I had a very positive day yesterday, where I hit 7/9 of my daily goals, complete with a 2.3km walk after supper with David and Loki. Planning more of the same today: PT, Reach, a walk, a good book, good food and quality time spent with my husband.

I know that days can’t all be positive and perfect, but the one single thing we can control is how we react to what life throws at us. Keep on dancin’!
