Tips for consistency?

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to hear your tips to stay motivated/focused to work out consistently. I'm finding that I do really well for about a month or two, and then when I fall off, it's a downward spiral that takes another few months to get back into regularity. I really struggle with consistency in my life in general - it makes me feel trapped, even if it's something I enjoy (and I do quite like exercising with FitnessBlender!) Can anyone relate, and has anyone been able to overcome this successfully?
