Observation after 3 1/2 rest days

Hello everyone!

I have fought some bad deadlines, and have not been able to workout for half a week. I have had a record of 6 days per week consistently, so it is a change. So some observations that may or may not be related to my involuntary break. My lower back pain has returned. My shoulders are hurting. I am stressed, tired and cranky. Returning to workout in an hour, but it is quite interesting to me that I feel so different. It is probably good that I let my body rest a bit, but I also feel certain that my new habit of NOT letting work, stress and other negative influences make me ignore my body and live a sedentary life chained to the laptop - convoluted sentence, but basically, I am NOT going to do that anymore. Exercise is self care.
