Cough

Hey everyone.

Today when I was doing my day1 week2 fbabs I had a strange problem. When my heart started pounding...I stared coughing uncontrollably and I puked and then I choked..I was not able to inhale for a while ..it was scary. I thought I would die..(it was just the beginning of the HIIT schedule today)

Then on when I did cardio I felt breathless and I was literally gasping for breath and I ran outside for some fresh air. This happened twice in today's workout before I just quit my workout halfway.

NP. I have no health problems as such...

I was treated for allergic cough 2 months back.

Now cardio/HIIT scare me all the more.

I had started seeing some positive changes in my body and I don't want to abandon my workout.... please guide me guys...
