September complete- a fitnessblender lurning curve

I used to be a sunday-friday workout kind of girl.. but, this last month I made some changes. I workout with FB from tuesday-friday. I do a level 1/2 workout on tuesday, wednesday is core day, thursday UB, friday LB, sunday and tuesday I go bouldering and on monday I want to go for a walk.. this month that did not work since I had to go to hospital with my mom, but it is okay.. I have been very at ease with how it is going. I can skip days if I need to, I make my own schedule..

I think this is all possible because I started out very structured with the FB programs. K&D always mention to listen to your body, to be proud of what you can do, to do low impact when needed, all those very balanced things..
