For those of you focusing on building a booty, what does your weekly routine look like?
What workouts do you normally go for, and how much HIIT do you do a week?
Will following any program help grow the glutes when using heavy weights? If not any program, what programs would you do to achieve booty growth?
Also, when faced with a lower body workout where the HIIT comes first before the strength, do you do strength first, as to not use up all energy on HIIT?
EDIT: Is there any moves you add on to FB lower body workouts that is not already included? I'm thinking Bulgarian Split Squats could be a good one to include.
