Total body workouts

Hey FB fam!

I noticed that a lot of the FB plus workouts are total body and I was just wondering how those would fit into a weekly schedule. Normally, I follow the FB program format where you separate different muscle groups for different days. So I am curious since I have been wanting to try these new total body workouts, how frequently should you schedule per week? I'm thinking 3x week with rest days in between? That was my original plan, but I am still sore from a total body workout that I did on Monday so it's not happening lol. 😂
