Short but sweet today. On the road soon. Yesterday evening "In the Kitchen" was pretty tame. Working overtime at work for a few days. Leftover BBQ chicken salad. Mixed greens, red onion, bell pepper, bbq chicken, tomato and grilled corn relish. It was light and tasty.
