Hello Pals! How are you? First of all, thank you very much for the birthday wishes, you made my day. I’ve been thinking about what today’s question could be because let’s face it I’m running out of body parts to talk about. However, the fact that I’m probably one of the clumsiest people in the world, gave me an idea. Hand-eye coordination. What is it and how do you know if you have good hand-eye coordination?

So what workout routine is scheduled for today? Are going to lift or jump? I started Mass yesterday for the fifth time and even though assembling or taking my weights apart can be a nuisance, I still like doing strength training.

I have an appointment with the dentist this afternoon and I’m as nervous as field mouse who is just about to come out of its burrow when it sees a buzzard circling in the sky.
