Hello, Blendfriends and Happy (?) Monday to you all!

How are you doing today? How was your weekend?

Hopefully it's all good!

Let's give a shoutout to our wonderful guest hosting due of Jacqueline and Anne for giving us some wonderful weekend check-ins! Thank you both so much for being such awesome ghosts!

So, Blenders? What did your weekend entail? Maybe something fun? Relaxing? Or maybe it was a bit stressful? (I'm sorry if it was.)

Ours was nice. We had some really enjoyable walkabouts, watched some football wit our frends, had some good food, and I did some more baking. All-in-all, not too bad!

And what about for today, Blenders? What's happenin' in life, workouts, nutrition, etc?

Life is hopefully gonna be a standard Monday today, with workouts being a lower body and core combo.

As for food?

Not sure on that front! What about you, Blenders? What's on the menu for today?
