Weekend Reminder - Quality Over Quantity!

Some days you need something more intense, while other days you need some solid, low impact movement. Regardless of what your body may be asking for today, it’s important to think quality over quantity when it comes to workouts. You can absolutely get a great workout without spending hours in the gym or on a treadmill.

You do, however, need smart, comprehensive, dynamic routines that thoroughly engage the muscles targeted, provide proper sequencing, and overall effective movement. Oh, and don’t forget proper warm-up and cool-down sessions.
