Dislocated shoulder workouts

I've dislocated my shoulder twice in 6 weeks. It's a very slow recovery unfortunately. But I have gotten the all clear to do lower body moves.

I've found two workouts I can do and thought I might share for anyone else in the same situation.

For both of these I only do the first half until the water break (can't do kneeling exercises). And I don't hold weight or do the jumping as it jars my shoulder.

Looking forward to getting back to my favs but in the meantime this is keeping me sane :)
