Was a very long day yesterday at work with overtime, so, light work at home for dinner. "Yesterday, In the Kitchen:" Tuna salad on organic brown rice cakes. Basic tuna salad (throw in what you like). Topped on rice cakes with fresh garden tomato and cracked pepper. Side of Iwon Mesquite protein stix (yummy). Hopping to get done on time and be a little more creative this evening.
