Standing Work

Hi all. I am 27 years old. i Have a bit problem with my knees. I started a new job and i have to be standing all day long at my leg for about 4-5 hours a day. I know that these arent that much. I just bought this pair of shoes https://www.skechers.gr/product/3215300/shoes-athletic-shoes-training-shoes/Track-Moulton/. Ι also started to workout my legs and whole body. Any advice for this?
