Third trimester and postpartum

Hi all!

I'm six months pregnant and starting to plan for what's next. I've been doing the low impact workout program along with walk/jogging so far, but I'm starting to see that I may need to adjust soon (bumping into my bump during lunges!). My body is starting to feel a bit strained under the extra weight.

What did you do for workouts during the third trimester?

After pregnancy, did you start off again with low impact? How long did it take you to get back to high impact?

I'm due in January and planning to do a marathon the following October, so if you have any tips for getting back into running shape, I'd love to hear them!
