Good day Everyone.
Another day in the hood. Yesterday was a very long day. I am the only one in the maintenance dept again for this week for both campuses. Needless to say busy. So, last nights dinner was a quick throw together snack plate. Mango sausage, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, black pepper and olive oil Triscuit crackers, fresh tomato, roasted beet. It was very nice. A quick throw together is what we needed.
Tonight's will be better. I am starting it in a few minutes before work. More on that tomorrow. In the mean time, what did/do you have going "In the Kitchen?" Share what is making your kitchen smell so wonderful.
