Hello Blender friends, new and old, welcome to the start of another week! Please remember that everyone is welcome to read and post here. My quote for today is from Mark Twain: "Do something everyday that you don't want to do; this is the golden rule for acquiring the habit of doing your duty without pain." I've started the day with a follow-up call to a government office to deal with some punctilious paperwork, only to learn that the number is no longer in service. I will follow this brilliant start with an 8am meeting at work -- not my bag! Hopefully, at some point the "without pain" bit kicks in! Are there things you've got to do that this quote might help you with?
Today's workout will be posture and toning in the evening to chase away this morning's tension. Yesterday's kickboxing with Tasha was great, but I don't have time today for a sweaty workout and shower before that pesky meeting.
