Can anyone recommend some good FB workouts that can be done in the gym without being too awkward? I used to love doing the HIIT routines, but I don't have the space in my dorm room. I miss strength training and working out in general (I'm a freshmen, only been here 3 weeks), but when I go to the gym without instruction I have no clue what I'm doing with weights!
I'm looking to build muscle/increase cardiovascular endurance. Thanks in advance for any advice!
