Seventh week of training

I'm happy to report that this has been the longest period that I have exercised consistently in a long time, all thanks to FB. I wanted to try a more structured week instead of creating my own playlist and also wanted to try longer workouts, so this 5-day challenge was just the right thing for me. Loved seeing Kellie and Daniel together, their banter made the videos fun. The only workout in the challenge that I struggled with was day 3, a combination of HIIT and core exercises. I struggle doing core work if I'm winded, so I held back during the HIIT portions. Otherwise, I enjoyed knowing that I can exercise much longer than the average 35-40 minutes I'd been doing until now. And in other good news, my physiotherapist said that I can continue to lift weights, as long as I don't feel pain in my left forearm. So, moving forward on this journey to better health and weight loss.
