Daily Check-In: Sunday, September 19th 👻

Hello FB Friends and happy Sunday!

Today's food pic is brought to you by my grill. I've been obsessed with it lately, and decided to grill pineapple for some salsa (pic of the salsa in comments). It turned out great, although not quite as spicy as I would have liked. As for the menu today, I am having a friend over for brunch and making a veggie frittata. We might also have mimosas, just for some Sunday fun. What's everyone eating today? Anyone doing meal prep? I'm hoping my frittata will make leftovers for me to eat later in the week.

As for workouts, Sundays are usually my active recovery day. I'll go for a walk around my neighborhood and probably do some much needed stretching as well. How about you all? Do you have set rest days or take them as you need them? And do you like to do active recovery or loaf about and fully do nothing?
