Tried a pyramid HIIT workout for the first time

I was curious to see what this type of HIIT workout was like. Daniel sure has a way to inspire confidence by describing this workout as "a particularly nasty form of HIIT". Though I had to modify some moves (no lizard jumps and star jumps for me), I actually really enjoyed this form of workout. It just went by really fast, even with the long 40 and 50-seconds intervalls (I fare better with 20-seconds intervalls). I really appreciate all the variety of workouts FB offers, it's nice to be able to try something new.
