Week 3 of FB Fit R3 Complete

Good morning all!

Today I decided to wake up early and get my workout in before I had to clock in for work. I've started doing this more often when I know I'm going to be having busy days. I can't decide if I like working out in the mornings or the evenings better. What time of day to you guys prefer to work out?

Today's workout was an active/static workout with a pilates extra credit workout.

Man was it brutal! I know my legs are going to be sore tomorrow. At one point I went to go get a drink of water and my legs just felt so heavy! Even though it was a tough workout, I really enjoyed the active/static intervals. The static side leg raises were NOT pretty. 😂

It's hard to believe I'm through week three already (after the optional stretching video tomorrow). Just one week to go, but I will have to split it up between two weeks. With some craziness in my work schedule and some vacation time next weekend I'll only be able to work out three days next week. So I'll just have to finish up the last three workouts of the program the week after.
