Does anyone here happen to have any advice or experience with chronic stress? Over the last few months I've been going through a lot in my personal life and at work and I am experiencing reoccurring bouts of illnesses and I cannot seem to get well and stay well at all :(
I'm still doing my workouts every week, eating well, taking vitamins, getting a lot of sleep etc. but nothing seems to be working!
I'm trying to consume less alcohol as I'm living quite a student lifestyle at the moment going out nearly every weekend (I imagine this will have an affect on why I keep getting ill) but I'm struggling to work out how to reduce my stress and stay well?
If anyone has any advice or tips that would be amazing!!
