Running is not part of my regular workout, just not my favorite buuuuut a group from my church was planning to run a 5K. I decided to join the 5K fun. Thanks to Fitness Blender and my regular workouts (mix of HIIT, strength, kickboxing/cardio, INCLUDING STRETCHING and warm-ups/cool downs), I had a fabulous time running a 5K. I was able to complete it in 27 minutes and not feel like I was dying afterwards. Regular exercise is the key to these successes!
