Yesterday was a very long day at work. Being the only one there on the maintenance staff and basically the only tech person for the district, it got a little hectic. So easy peasy for dinner. Ham sandwiches with avocado, red onion, mixed baby greens, and tomato on marbled rye.

This morning will be a chocolate fruit smoothie: dates, prunes, frozen banana/blueberries, and a huge handful of greens. Blended with oat milk and flax seed. We use raw cacao powder in it. They are yummy.
