It feels so good to be back!

Hi everyone!! I’ve missed the FB family! ❤️

It’s been a little over a month since my second daughter was born. I hardly exercised at all throughout the pregnancy and really regretting it now. I figured hauling around the belly was enough of a workout at the time. I’ve done the 3-day flexibility challenge and starting off very slowly…some places are still a little sore (recovering from a c-section). I’m working on the FBPlus Fundamentals challenge. Even tho at times it seems like I’m not really doing much at all, there will be some move that makes me go, “Whoa! Okay, can’t do that just yet.” Just did a balance workout today and found out, I have almost no balance at all..😅 who knew?

I’m also loving all the new stuff on FB! Thank you Daniel and Kelli and FB staff for all you continue to do!! I just read the article about taking care of your kids and the fourth trimester…exactly what I needed.

Really looking forward to making slow and steady progress. (Picture of my baby girls~ an update for those who remember me. 😊)
