Yesterday in the Kitchen - Wednesday 9/8/21

Good day Blenders.

Hope everyone had fantastic Tuesday. So let's talk about why this thread is here. I am posting here to show what kind of creative meals you can come up with from what you have on hand. We make most meals up as we go. We may have a single item that we plan on, but, the rest is just what we throw together to go with it.

So let's get creative and use what we have. Show everyone your successes and your failures. Have fun and learn from each other.

Last night we had shrimp soft shell taco/burrito. Leftover rice, some greens, red onion, salsa, a dab of sour cream that had to be used up, avocado, and of course shrimp. Shrimp were seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper; then pan fried on high heat for just a couple of minutes. A little extra hot sauce on mine. They were pretty tasty.

So what did you, or will you, have going in the kitchen? Post up so we can all learn from each other.
