Hi FB community,
I am recovering from a hamstring injury, but now is the time to strengthen. Among my favourite lower-body workouts I do have several workouts including some bridges. But I would love to hear your suggestions for workouts including more than on average exercises for the hamstrings (I immediately think of bridges). but would love to have some more recent and longer workouts (not only focusing on hamstrings). Looking forward to read your suggestions, thank you!!
