New Plus Workout: Lower Body Strength & HIIT (Dumbbells, Step & Resistance Band)

Good morning FB Family!

I've got a new workout for you - this one combines all of my current favorite ways to train into one sweaty routine:

47 Minute Lower Body Strength & HIIT with Dumbbells, Step & Resistance Band

This workout truly has a little bit of everything—a short HIIT session, strength training, step & resistance band work, and more. I loved this workout and I hope you will too!

Your warm up and cool down are included and all you need for this workout is optional Dumbbells, Resistance Band, and Step or Stair. You can improvise for any of these things, but please make sure you find safe, stable replacements.

I'll be filming more through this week, so now is a great time to share your requests with me. So far my list includes an upper body resistance band workout, a mid-level cardio routine and a medicine ball workout - let me know what else you would like to see.
