My question is does anyone else get pain when they haven’t exercised?
Background: I was exercising regularly with FB, 5-6 days a week and occasionally taking an extra day. Then I moved country and everything stopped. I had to sell my exercise equipment and I had nothing here (I still don’t). A new environment and living back with my mom, she moved here 2 years ago.
I haven’t done much movement at all in 6-12 months and I suddenly started getting pain. In my legs, back and shoulders. I’m still young (27) so am concerned and wondering if anyone has advice?
PS I’m starting to exercise again and have set the bar low at 3 days a week. I’m hoping this helps, time will tell.
