Good day FB Family.
Hope everyone had or is having a great weekend. Today is Labor Day in the US and many of us have the day off to celebrate those who work so very hard to keep this country running.
In the kitchen was many things starting on Friday with a not so traditional BLT. This one had avocado, and red onion with not so much bacon. Then on Saturday morning we had chocolate smoothies for breakfast and leftover pasta for lunch. Dinner was a pan seared salmon salad.
Sunday nights dinner was smoked pork ribs, potato salad, and fresh corn on the cob. I also made pita breads from the sourdough discard. Not too busy, but fun. See images.
