We've Said It Before...

Remember, exercise is not a race; it is something that we need to be doing for the rest of our lives.

Don’t let this overwhelm you, but be encouraged that any effort put into exercise and eating well is always worth it.

Over the long term, stay as consistent as you can, but remember that you don’t need to rush things or feel you need to make huge changes all at once. Start where you can, do the best you can, grow and build on your efforts, make exercise and movement part of your life, and the “results” will come (and remain).
